Q2.How can I make reservation and payment?

You can make a reservation on this website. A credit card is required at time of booking.

Q3.Are there English tour guide on the tour?

There will be an English speaking staff (not really a "tour guide") accompanying during the tours. The staff will give you some basic information such as meeting place and time, but not detailed sightseeing information.

Q4.Are there any services in other languages besides English?

I'm afraid not. However, Chinese and English tourist information handout will be provided.

Q5.I am a vegetarian. Can I choose other menu for the meal included in the tour?

I'm afraid not. No alternative menu is available on the lunch menu for any grounds such as allergy for specific food, religious or vegetarian reasons.

Q6.Does the tour depart from other cities like Osaka, Kyoto, or Tokyo?

I'm afraid not. We only have tours depart from Nagoya.

Q7.I am sick and want to cancel my reservation. Do I have to pay the cancellation fee?

Depends on the date of your cancellation. The cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel or make any change in your reservation from 10 days prior to the departure date in a case of one day tour. In a case of 2 day tour, cancellation fee will be charged from 20 days prior to the departure. Please refer to the table below for the cancellation charges.

Please come to the tour reception located on the 4th floor of Meitetsu Bus Center, Nagoya Station before the meeting time.
