◆If this situation occurs before departure on the departure date, we will distribute the lunch box included in the tour at the meeting point by the meeting time and provide a full refund.
◆If this situation occurs after departure, our itinerary will be changed to a visit to Tonami Tulip Park and Shirakawa-go, with NO refund. In this case, the return time to Nagoya will be 1-2 hours earlier.

*Since it is quite cold during the Snow Wall Walk Event, bringing heat-retentive, light and portable jackets, comfortable walking shoes, gloves, hand warmer, sunglasses, earmuffs and rain jacket is highly recommended.

*Depending on how much snow falls, the height of snow wall may vary every year.

SNOW WALL AT TATEYAMA KUROBE

The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is a sightseeing route in Chubu Sangaku National Park, connecting Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture and Omachi in Nagano Prefecture. The route affords breathtaking vistas across the North Alps, you can make the ascent by cable car, trolley bus and ropeway. The best scenery in spring is the towering walls of snow from April to May. At 2,450 meters, Murodo-daira receives an average of over 20 meters of snow each winter, one of the heaviest snowfalls in the world.

1. An English and Japanese speaking staff will be in accompaniment. English or Chinese tourist　information handout will be provided.

2. The customers cannot request any specific seat, and generally the foreign visitors will be seated at the back of the bus for convenience. A group with more than 10 people may be asked to be assigned to the seats at the back. Additionally, if the customers apply with an odd number of people, they may be asked to be seated next to the other guest.

3. Depending on the weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled. In this case, itinerary will be changed and you'll visit alternative destinations. If the tour had to be cancelled the day before departure date, we will inform you by phones or via Email.

4. The tour itinerary may need to be adjusted and the returning time may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions.

5. Refunds will not be given for any itinerary changes, such as shortening the duration or leaving the tour group for personal reasons.

6. No alternative menu is available on the lunch menu for any grounds such as allergy for a specific food, religious or vegetarian reasons.
