*Basically you can choose the Yukata you want, but sometimes it will not meet all your expectations.

*If your height is above 168cm or you need large size , please inform us when you reserve the tour.

*This fee include only Yukata, Obi(belly band), Geta(shoes). Hair arrangement is not include.

*We couldn’t let the tourist who is pregnant to wear Yukata just for the sake to avoid unexpected things to happen.

*If it rains there’s an umbrella for rent(you must pay separately), but there’re in limited numbers.

*Tour duration of freetime in Arashiyama will be 4 hours for the plan without Yukata.

*Free Wi-Fi & Outlet are available on the bus. (There are some areas on the way where Wi-Fi may not be working.)

*The tour itinerary may need to be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions.

*The returning time may be delayed due to traffic congestion.

*This tour is operated by a Japanese tour guide in Japanese. For foreign visitors,   English-speaking staff will accompany to give them some basic information such as meeting place and time, but not detailed sightseeing information. Tourist information handouts written in Chinese and English will also be provided.

*The customers cannot request any specific seat, and generally the foreign visitors will be seated at the back of the bus for convenience.

*Infant (0-2 year old) cannot participate as the seatbelt cannot be fastened securely and properly.

Free time in Arashiyama (Approx. *with Yukata-150 min, *without Yukata-240min)
You can go walk around Nonomiya-jinja Shrine, Bamboo Forest which is very famous tourists spot, and you can visit and enjoy the beauty of Tenryu-ji's gardens at Tenryu-ji Temple.
It is also good to go on an eating binge to taste several Kyoto foods & sweets along the road. Sagano Chikujian’s Warabi mochi, Sanchu’Curry-Pan, Kyouzuan Tofu-Ice cream, Kotoimo Hompo’s huge Dango mochi are also popular.

1.Please be advised that this tour is designed for Japanese citizens and basically operated by a Japanese tour guide in Japanese. For foreign visitors, English and Chinese tourist information handout will be provided, and English-speaking staff will also accompany to give you the basic information such as meeting place and time, but not detailed sightseeing information.
2.The customers cannot request any specific seat, and generally the foreign visitors will be seated at the back of the bus for convenience. A group with more than 10 people may be asked to be assigned to the seats at the back. Additionally, if the customers apply with an odd number of people, they may be asked to be seated next to someone who they do not know.
3.In the case of typhoon, heavy snow, or other dangerous weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled. In this case, we will inform the participants about the cancellation by email and on Facebook and Twitter by a day before your tour date.
4.The tour itinerary may need to be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions.
5.The returning time may be delayed due to traffic congestion.
6.Refunds will not be given to any of the changes, shortening of the time or omitting of the tour itinerary due to aforementioned reasons.
7.No alternative menu is available on the lunch menu for any grounds such as allergy for a specific food, religious or vegetarian reasons.
